Fallen religious leader Rocco Leo and his former church owe more than $4.1 million in unpaid taxes for 2009-10 alone, court documents claim.

Those figures are just the tip of the iceberg for the Australian Tax Office, which last month stripped Agape of its tax-exempt status as a religion.

The Utah Supreme Court said Tuesday it won't block polygamous sect leader Warren Jeffs' extradition to Texas for trial on bigamy and sexual assault charges.

The court denied Jeffs' appeal and lifted a stay a lower court had imposed last week keeping him in Utah.
