Two pastors have launched a movement to renew the meaning of the phrase, 'Jesus Loves You.' They have already hit the road in a book tour to show that Jesus loves Gays, Porn Stars and Crooks.
Pastors Craig Gross and Jason Harper aim to refresh the phrase "Jesus loves you," which to many has become an overstated Christian cliche, in their new book 'Jesus Loves You … This I Know.'
Agents of the Secret Service in 2006 raided the offices of Darrel Rundus and his Christian ministry, Great News Network, without a warrant, demanding all of their "Million Dollar Bill" religious tracts.
The agents seized the tracts, claiming violations of federal counterfeiting laws. Rundus and GNN filed suit to force the government to return the tracts or compensate him for the loss, and the trial began yesterday in Dallas before federal district court Judge Jorge Solis.
An art exhibit depicting various female Palestinian suicide bombers as the Virgin Mary holding baby Jesus, which opened at the Sokolov House press center in Tel Aviv on Thursday, was quickly taken down following an outcry from the families of those killed or wounded in the attacks, as well as by organizations that represent terror victims.
