Christians in Good Company

It's Time...

I have decided: it's time to get back on track.
I have let my exercising slack off.
I have let my "eating healthy" slack off.
No more.

Lord, be with me. I know you've already given me the strength to do everything that I need to do!

I even went to Walmart and bought a Centrum chewable vitamin and two 8lbs hand weights.

I'm ready!
