Funny how life goes. Things are very 'tight' here in the Thompson household right now and I'm trying to find a way to make them better. I'm not sure what I need to do, but just pray that I step out into God's will and not my own.

On a brighter side, I've won 2 giveaways lately that I'd like to tell you about. The first one was a $50 gift certificate for Red Lobster from 5 Minutes for Mom Giveaways! I haven't used it yet, but I LOVE seafood, so I'm really looking forward to it.

The second giveaway I won was for a copy of the book How to be a Hepburn in a Hilton World by Jordan Christy. With a title like that who wouldn't want to read it?! I won this book at Portrait of a Writer...Interrupted. She has a monthly contest which kicks off on the first of every month! Go by and check her out!
